This house is down the street from my Grandma's house, we passed by it while we were in town last week and my mom pointed out that it is for sale. So we stopped and peeked in the windows and did a little dreamin'. I have always wanted to buy this house and fix it up. Someone started working on it a few years ago and must have ran out of money, cause now its for sale (and at a good price).... if only we were in Boise.

We were destined to be friends, I could look and dream of houses forever. I LOVE that house, and all houses like it for that matter. Good luck with that crazy hot weather over there, we've yet to exceed 100 but I'm sure we'll get there...
Meagan, I sort of live by that house, but just a little further south... I think it was for sale like a year ago but it fell through, so I am pretty sure they are trying to short sell it. It is absolutely adorable!
I definitely see the appeal of this house. sigh...
