I swear Jordan and I both woke up after our first night of sleep in our new apartment and thought, "What the heck ... we are in Peru?" The 48 hrs. leading up to our trip were pure chaos. Unpacking, Laundry, Dr. Appointment, Packing, Last minute shopping, Stomach Bug, Cleaning, Apartment Hunting. There were many times when I thought what have I gotten myself into? Are our tickets refundable? but we made it and ... We are in Peru! So far things have gone quite well, at times I still wonder what I have gotten myself into, but the flight went way better than expected and our apartment has everything we need, except maybe a little more water pressure. The ocean, playground, grocery store, and church building are all within just a few blocks from our little home. In the last picture you can see a little glimpse of our kitchen, our view, and our living room (which I didn't bother to pick up and you can see that Milo has made himself right at home).
