Year of the Ox

This weekend we had the chance to go in to Chinatown and attend the Chinese New Years Parade. We took our friends Justin and Terrence with us. We all had a lot of fun watching the parade. There was so so so many people there, at one point I felt a little claustrophobic... I guess I got little taste of what China is like. (aren't the little chinese kids so cute?) 

It is a New Years tradition for the Chinese to feed money to the dancing lions or dragons, it is believed that it will bring you good luck for the rest of the year.
