Super Nerdy, right? Well Jordan and I spent our Friday "date night" at the Professional Accounting Society student night. It was an adventure. There was lots of prizes (we didn't win) and a lot professional accountants who came to talk to accounting students and give them advice about their future career. It was actually depressing .... nearly every person talked about if you want to go into public accounting (which we don't think we do) you have to be willing to work 60 hours a week when you start out, you will make copies and you will get coffee all day , nothing you learn in school will help prepare you. etc. etc. But three good things came out of this night: 1. Jordan is really motivated to study for his CPA exam and take it before he starts working full time and I am somewhat motivated.
2. I got a free piggy bank
3. As of February 20, 2009 The Flake Family will never return to Walmart, We have officially boycotted it
P.S. I know the picture is really fuzzy, but check out Jordan's glasses ... Yes, he wore them all night.

why no walmart? i love the boycott idea (won't do it myself yet, but i like it!), why though?
i got in a fight with the lady at the photo center. a full out screaming war ... and I will not return. She was an idiot.
