Step 1: Bake 20 Vanilla (or flavor of your choice) Cupcakes. Let cool. Then turn the cupcakes upside down and frost the sides and top of the cupcake, place an extra mound of frosting to achieve the chick shape. 
Step 2: Apply the chick's fuzzy feathers (sweetened shredded coconut, toasted)
Step 3: Give your chick eyes (pieces of black licorice laces), A Beak (a whole almond), Feet & Comb (red licorice)
