Luca was given a name and a blessing in church on February 23, 2014. Jordan gave Luca a beautiful blessing. Grandpa Larry, Grandpa Kevin, Uncle Brandon, Uncle Edward, and Ted Davis were able to stand in, as well. He blessed to always stand up for the right, to serve a mission, be married in the temple, to always find the good in situations, to be happy and positive, to be an example to his family and the people around him. It really stood out to me how much Jordan was inspired to say about Luca being happy and positive. He has already been an example of that in our home, he has the sweetest happiest, little spirit. After church we had a little picnic at Brand Park and we sang to Milo and had his birthday cheesecake since we pigged out on milk shakes the night before. Then everyone (except Larry & Debbie) headed out of town. It was so nice to be able to celebrate Milo's birthday on Saturday, then celebrate Luca on Sunday so we could have lots of family and friends to celebrate our boys with us! Thanks to everyone who traveled to be here with us.
