Surprise Visit to Arizona

 ^ superbowl watchers
On a whim we decided to go to Arizona for Jordan's birthday weekend. We decided on Thursday night that we would leave the following day when Jordan got home from work, he also took off Monday (his birthday) so we could have a long weekend there. His parents had just been telling us on the phone how much they were missing the boys, so we thought it would be a perfect surprise! While Jordan was working I got all the stuff together and the boys ready to go. Jordan got a little held up at work, which got us stuck in rush hour traffic, which meant to had to stop for some Cafe Rio in Redlands, which all combined to equal a really late arrival into Phoenix ... so we had Milo face time them from the car and let them know we were on our way. Still a surprise, but not quite as exciting as we were hoping ... Either way we made it to Arizona and had a great time. We got to visit with family, watch the Superbowl with the Price's, went to Joe's BBQ, and the highlight of the trip was taking Milo through the Gilbert Temple Open House. The temple was built about a mile from where Jordan's parents live, you can see it from their property and it is gorgeous.
